Even as a Coach, I sometimes lack motivation to get through the next workout, the next work day, or just to get up in the morning. At the end of the day we are only human, and we tend to forget this sometimes. Eric Thomas’ motivational speech does not pertain to fitness specifically, but as a general rule of thumb. Set goals whether they are short term or long term, whether they are fitness related or just lifestyle based, striving to achieve those goals will make you a stronger and more focused individual.
